What if it all goes wrong?

No matter how good the treatment, disappointment and failure cannot always be avoided.

What if it all goes wrong?
If you are not happy with the results of the operation (assuming your expectations were realistic), you should talk to your surgeon immediately. Generally a solution can be found. Usually the surgeon will recommend a correction.
If your surgeon does not agree with your complaints or if you have lost confidence in him/her, contact another specialist.

If, however, you suspect malpractice, you can contact the extrajudicial SMA Expert Office or consult another specialist to obtain an assessment and advice. Note: The SMA Expert Office reserves the right not to support your complaint if, e.g., the unsatisfactory result of a cosmetic procedure is not caused by malpractice.
